Panchakarma

Panchakarma,the unique method of Ayurvedic system of medicine,is aimed to the biopurification of body systems thereby restoring health and longevity.There are five procedures in operational along with preparatory and post operative techniques.

The Panchakarma procedures are:
  • Vamana(emesis)
  • Virechana(purgation)
  • Anuvasana(oil enema)
  • Asthapana(decoction enema) and
  • Nasya(nasal insufflation)
